My mom and I have been having fun studying some different techniques of bread making. She gave me this proofing bowl for Easter. It made such a nice a loaf! I was very happy with the results and so was the family. Thanks Mom.

That looks gorgeous - I was thinking of getting one of those bowls just the other day! What kind of bread was this?
